Absolutely loved the stunning outdoor patio at Principe Real! Every morning I whipped up light salads in the shared kitchen, which was always super clean and well-equipped. Plus, the proximity to mouthwatering restaurants like Cervejaria Real Fabrica (just a hop away! ) made my foodie heart sing!
On the flip side, we needed more mirrors—there was only one in the bathroom, which was a bit cramped at times! Also, the coding system for entry was a tad temperamental, so maybe a little intercom to reach the owners could be a nifty addition. Despite that, everything else still shined bright!

I loved the Queen Suite for its size and comfort! The location in Principe Real is perfect, just steps away from great bars and restaurants. A bit of humidity in the room was noticeable, but all in all, a fantastic stay!

clean kitchen, quiet location, spacious terrace
The staircase carpet looks like it’s from a bygone era!!! The humidity levels could seriously benefit from some attention!!! A more reliable coding system for entry would enhance convenience, too!!!

The cleanliness of the property stood out, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The Junior Suite offered a good amount of space and comfort, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
The high level of humidity in the room made it feel uncomfortable at times, which is a common issue in the area. Additionally, the very old carpet on the staircase was quite off-putting. it felt like a relic from decades ago and could really use an upgrade. The main corridor pavement could also be noisy when walked on, detracting from the overall tranquility.

Just a solid selection for a quick weekend visit in Lisbon at a reasonable price. The shared kitchen was a great place to grab a quick bite and meet fellow travelers. Check-in instructions can be a little confusing, so make sure to look for them beforehand.

Had an awesome time with friends! The communal kitchen was perfect for late-night snacks, and we enjoyed exploring the area. We went motor boating and swimming nearby, which was a blast. The location was spot on, making it easy to get around.
We did have a bit of trouble with no clear instructions for access when we arrived, so make sure to check your messages before you get there.

I stayed in the Junior Suite for 3 nights. The room was super clean and bright. The daily cleaning service was on point. The Queen Suite was bright, clean, and comfortable, enhancing the stay with its high ceilings. Waking up to the sound of birds added a serene touch. A lovely vintage kitchen was available, stocked with coffee and tea, making breakfast a pleasure. However, the lack of clear check-in instructions led to some initial confusion, and the humid conditions in the room were a slight discomfort. Outside, the building's appearance could use a modern update to match its inviting interior.

Couple highly recommended
This place was super clean, and bright! The communal kitchen really came in handy when I wanted to prepare a light meal. I could whip up something simple while my partner was sick for a couple of days, no fuss and easy to use.
